Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your PontoPT App account for any reason, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to geral@pontopt.fr
- In the subject line of the email, write: “Delete account permanently“.
- In the body of the email, include the following information:
- Full Name;
- Email associated with the account;
- Reason for deletion;
- Once the request has been sent with the correct information, you will receive an email confirming that the account has been deleted.
Important: Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in the account not being deleted.
