Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your PontoPT App account for any reason, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to geral@pontopt.fr
  2. In the subject line of the email, write: “Delete account permanently“.
  3. In the body of the email, include the following information:
    • Full Name;
    • Email associated with the account;
    • Reason for deletion;
  4. Once the request has been sent with the correct information, you will receive an email confirming that the account has been deleted.

Important: Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in the account not being deleted.
